Introducing Sibe Core and Scale Plans

Sibe has always been built around a simple idea: engineering teams should have an easy way to manage CAD data and collaborate around it without introducing unnecessary complexity into their day-to-day work.

With our new Core plan, we are taking that idea further.

This release is not only about making Sibe more accessible. We are also bringing more of Sibe’s collaborative capabilities into Core, so that engineering teams can manage files, review work, share information and involve non-CAD teammates without immediately moving to a more advanced plan.

At the same time, Sibe is growing together with our customers. As teams adopt Sibe and expand the role it plays in their engineering processes, they need more than version control and collaboration. They need BOM management, structured part numbering, exports, API access, backups, and better ways to connect engineering data with the rest of their organization.

That is what Scale plan is for.

Starting October 1, Sibe will offer two primary plans for most engineering teams: Core and Scale.

Core Plan

On Core you get version control, assembly references handled, and reviewers who can see the model, with nothing else to administer.

• Native SolidWorks add-in: check files in and out directly in SolidWorks
• Automatic version and revision control, with assembly references handled for you
• Contributor and Viewer seats for reviewers, buyers and non-CAD teammates
• Free Visitor links: open a model in any browser, no Sibe account needed
• Google and Microsoft 365 sign-in
• 50 GB of storage per Editor

Everything above comes with every Editor seat. Reviewers and non-CAD teammates come in on Contributor and Viewer seats.

$50 per Editor/month billed annually, or $60 month-to-month.

Scale Plan

On Scale plan you get the data downstream: parts lists into purchasing, production files to the shop floor, and Sibe connected to the other systems you run. Scale is new, and it gives you everything in Core, plus:

• BOM: live Bills of Materials generated from your SolidWorks assemblies
• Part Numbering
• Manual and automated exports: PDF, STEP, DXF and DWG for the shop floor
• API access for test integrations and proofs of concept
• 500 GB of storage per Editor
• Priority support

Everything above comes with every Editor seat. The step up from Core is $10 per Editor each month on annual billing.

Start on Core. Move to Scale when the data needs to leave the engineering team.

Scale add-ons attach when you need them: Increased API Capacity, Additional Storage and EU Data Residency. Vendor seats and Custom Workflows are coming soon.

Seats for the people who never open CAD

Your engineers need a CAD seat. Your production manager, your buyer and your client do not. Both plans carry three ways to bring them in:

• Contributor, $180 per year or $18 per month. Markups, measurements, comments and downloads in the Web Dashboard, and the right to review and approve Release Candidates
• Viewer, $60 per year or $6 per month. View files and markups, read-only
• Visitor links, free. One link to one model, latest version, opens in any browser. No seat, no account, no login

A Vendor seat is coming: everything a Viewer sees, plus downloads of approved production formats, for the suppliers who need the drawing but never touch the model.

Enterprise Plan

You scope Enterprise against what you actually need: audit logs, custom roles, AD / LDAP, ITAR and EU data residency options, migration, implementation and training. Book a call and we will price it.

If you are on Business or Business Plus today

Your plan keeps running and your price stays the same. Business and Business Plus become legacy plans on October 1, and you stay on yours until you choose to move.

Core costs what Business Plus costs today, and does everything Business Plus does today. Scale adds the BOM, Part Numbering, exports and API work on top of it.

You also pick up the new feature sets at no extra cost:

• Annual billing: Business gets every Core feature and Business Plus gets every Scale feature, until the end of your current term
• Monthly billing: the same, through December 31, 2026

Move to Core or Scale at any point and you keep the expanded set for good.

Two things worth doing before September 30.

If you bill monthly, switching to annual carries those features from December 31 out to the end of a full twelve-month term, at the price you pay today.

If you bill annually and your renewal falls in the last quarter of the year, talk to us before September 30. Renewal timing changes how long your transition runs, and the conversation is worth more now than in November.

Start an annual Business Plus subscription before September 30 and you keep today's price for a full year, with every Scale feature included for that term: live BOMs from your SolidWorks assemblies, Part Numbering, automated PDF, STEP, DXF and DWG exports, and API access.

From October 1, new workspaces start on Core or Scale at the prices above.
